#HotelsforHomeless: We are in!

The bitter temperatures of the belated onset of winter, as well as the ongoing Corona pandemic, put homeless people in acute danger of death.

The director Nikolas Migut shows solution strategies with the non-profit association StrassenBLUES e.V. Under the motto #HotelsforHomeless the association opened the doors of the youth hostel at the Landungsbrücken for 40 homeless people. The cost is 40 euros per person for accommodation, hot meals, as well as hygiene measures and coronatests – plus 700 euros operating costs per day.

We are pleased to be among the first six supporters from the Hamburg digital and agency scene.

Together with OMR, crowdmedia GmbH, Cellular GmbH, Finc3 Commerce GmbH and Pictima we made a start and secured 250 warm nights, which equals a donation amount of 10.000€. Within less than 48h the originally donated amount quadrupled.

The association continues to rely on donations and support to provide shelter for as many people as possible through the cold season and to find long-term solutions. Any further support is welcome:
