Beconic – Your iconic canteen

We developed a new concept and brand for employee restaurants for the SV Group, a catering and hotel management group. With a Beconic employee restaurant, medium-sized companies will be able to increase their attractiveness on the job market. At the same time, a staff restaurant based on the Beconic concept creates a space in which the individual corporate culture and the brand of the company can be impressively experienced.

Attractive employee catering is the calling card of a modern company and ensures motivated and satisfied employees. However, medium-sized companies, especially in less attractive locations, find it difficult to use their unique corporate culture and identity to attract employees.

In a two-year development period, we have developed a brand and a gastronomy concept that combines contemporary cuisine with the requirements of modern everyday working life and individual corporate identity.

Thanks to different zones and an attractive ambience, Beconic creates an inspiring environment for employees to eat, recharge their batteries, but also to work together. Beconic also meets the requirements for efficient management and space utilisation, because outside of lunchtime the free space can be used in a variety of ways by merging the eating, working and meeting zones.

From five trendy architectural styles and different lounges (restaurant, café, lounge and co-working), the company chooses the concept that fits the brand and corporate culture. In addition, individualised elements for branding and communication of the corporate brand are available for selection.

In addition to the development of the customisable architecture and furnishing concept, we are responsible for the brand strategy, brand names, corporate designs and communication and visualisation of the brand. We wish the entire SV Group team every success with the introduction of Beconic.
