Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

As Senior UI/UX Designer at Syndicate you are responsible for the digital design of our projects in our Corporate Design Team. You take on a consultative role both internally and in front of the client and further develop our digital unit professionally.

Your responsibilities:

• As part of an interdisciplinary team, you are responsible for the visual creation and further development of the user interface design
• You are responsible for the creation of rough and fine concepts, develop interaction concepts, information architecture and design the user experience in the projects
• You are able to transform complex processes into self-explanatory designs
• You accompany the implementation with the help of wireframes, sitemaps, prototypes and present them confidently in the team and in front of the customer
• You provide technical support in the development of our digital creative team

What you should bring:

• You have a degree in communication, web or interaction design or a comparable vocational training and have several years of professional experience in UI/UX design, usability, ideally in an agency environment
• You are proficient in the common programs of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) Sketch, Prototyping Tools
• You have a clear understanding of user needs and customer requirements as well as consulting skills as an active problem solver
• You are a team player, have strong presentation skills and enjoy working across disciplines
• You have a very good understanding of brands and a strong sense of aesthetics
• You enjoy trying out new things and finding cross-media solutions
• Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile
