From distribution to retailing​

 

What the brothers Carl and Heinrich Heinemann began in Hamburg as a small ship’s chandler venture back in 1879 evolved over four generations into one of the most significant distributors and retailers on the international travel market.

The Duty Free and Travel Value Shops were supposed to be positioned as a retail brand with a value proposition of their own.

In order to keep the brand promise along the entire ‘customer journey’, we developed a holistic offline and online presentation scenario focusing on shop design and corporate fashion.

In order to keep the brand promise along the entire ‘customer journey’, we developed a holistic offline and online presentation scenario focusing on shop design and corporate fashion.

We have launched a “Regionals” category to lend expression to the particular features at a given airport. A staging specific to the location puts regional specialities in the right perspective.

The new Online Services from Heinemann were presented on the occasion of the ACI Conference in Frankfurt. The new offers were staged so that they could be experienced there. In terms of design, we drew on the world of logistics to accomplish this.
